We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including metro, regional, and most remote areas.

3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
 - Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST are typically processed within 2 business days.
 - Pre-order or custom items may have extended processing times shown on product pages.
 - Processing begins once payment is confirmed and inventory is verified.

We work with reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery. Unless stated otherwise, all timeframes refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

 - For international orders, tracking may take up to 5 business days to show updates.
 - Please contact us if your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days.

- Please provide full name, street, unit or apartment number (if applicable), correct postal code, and a contact phone number for international deliveries.
 - Address changes must be requested immediately after purchase; once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
 - Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees or restocking charges.

 - These charges are not included in our prices and, where applicable, will be collected by local authorities or the carrier.

 - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the outer packaging and product.
 - Claims window: Lost-parcel claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in tracking.
